As an Inside Presales Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and sales professionals. You will deliver technical presales expertise for our client's commercial print portfolio, covering different services and solutions.

Our client's mission is to drive sales success by offering technical guidance across multiple communication channels. They empower End-User sales and Channel teams with expertise in Print products, solutions, and services, helping them secure wins and deliver an exceptional total customer experience
Provide technical recommendations, guidance, and support for printing products
You will respond to and track technical questions from internal or external inquiries while highlighting the advantages of our client's printing products and solutions
Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
Explain product benefits and regulations
Conduct training sessions for other departments on print products and solutions
Handle technical escalations while keeping the sales community informed with proactive technical updates
Collaborate as needed with various other resources
Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills
Core Skills/experience:
Languages: Native or full professional fluency in French, and advanced proficiency in English
Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of work experience in technical presales, consultative engineering, technical support, or IT solutions consulting
Strong customer-facing communication, confidence in conducting technical calls, and a consultative problem-solving mindset
Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
