The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager with a background in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join a dynamic and fast-growing UK sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Drive new business growth while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Promote unified communications, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Build strong, consultative partnerships with customers and channel partners.
• Attend client meetings in London to strengthen relationships and conduct account reviews.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a proven track record selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions.
• Consistently exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
• Excel at developing trusted, consultative relationships with enterprise-level clients.
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to travel to London occasionally.
