The Opportunity: Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, identify operational challenges, and position tailored IT services that create measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Qualify prospects and identify opportunities aligned to company services
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deal closure

About You: Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience within IT, technology, or managed services (desirable but not essential)
  • Target-focused, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
