£35,000 – £40,000 + Commission + Benefits

The Role: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and building a strong, qualified sales pipeline within the automotive and aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaign performance

  • Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
