Cambridge (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
£35,000 – £40,000 + Commission + Benefits

The Role: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and building a strong, qualified sales pipeline within the automotive and aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven mindset
- Interest in automotive, SaaS, or data-driven technology solutions
- Resilient, proactive, and eager to progress within a sales career
