Stock Controller For a Temperature Controlled Warehouse  – 6-Month Contract in Swords, Co. Dublin

Our client, a leader in the logistics and temperature-controlled storage sector, is seeking an experienced Stock Controller with Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise to join their team in Swords, Co. Dublin. This 6-month contract role has the potential to transition into a permanent position, based on performance. T

Role Details:

• Location: Swords, Co. Dublin
• Hourly Wage: €19.00 per hour, based on a 40-hour week
• Overtime Rates:
• 1.5x on weekdays
• 2x on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• Optional overtime on Saturdays and Bank Holidays
• Role Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract with potential for permanency

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory control using WMS (preferably Principal).
• Manage stock rotation, ensuring adherence to company and customer-specific requirements.
• Work closely with team members to optimize stock handling and order fulfillment.
• Perform regular stock counts and provide timely updates for stock movement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Prior stock control experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, especially Principal, is preferred.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in stock management and inventory tracking.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
