Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role

We are seeking a driven Internal Account Manager with experience in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join a rapidly expanding UK sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while developing and expanding existing accounts. You’ll work closely with mid-market and enterprise customers, delivering consultative solutions that add real value to their communication and collaboration strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts
• Selling UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
• Building long-term, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners
• Attending client meetings in London to deliver account reviews and strengthen partnerships

About You

You’ll be well-suited to this role if you:

• Have a proven track record of selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions
• Consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excel at building trusted, consultative relationships with enterprise-level clients
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and flexible, with the ability to travel to London as required
