Architectural Technologist – Glasgow
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are working with a forward-thinking architectural practice in Glasgow that is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. Known for delivering sustainable, high-quality, and inspiring spaces, the practice works across the Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Deliver technical architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed designs, specifications, and construction drawings in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship where required.

Required Skills & Experience for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong technical portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
