The Role: Sales Support Executive

As the Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the operational backbone of the sales team—ensuring every stage, from proposal to delivery, runs smoothly. Working closely with Account Managers, technical specialists, and partners, you’ll provide the coordination and administrative expertise needed to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and the wider sales team.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and efficiently process customer orders.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.

About You

You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You take pride in being the dependable person who keeps things running smoothly and ensures no detail is overlooked.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations—ideally within Telecoms, IT, or Unified Communications.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
