About the Role 

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Developer with expertise in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions for a diverse range of industries. This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of tailored ERP systems, addressing both the functional and technical needs of clients. You will play a key role in understanding client business processes, designing customized solutions, and driving projects to completion with precision.

Key Responsibilities 

• Customize and develop Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions to meet the unique requirements of various industries, ensuring alignment with business operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics NAV/Business Central and third-party applications or legacy systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Perform system modifications, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve client issues and optimize system performance.
• Lead technical workshops and product demonstrations, providing training and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions, including full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of C/AL, AL coding language, and the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Experience in working with Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL Server, Power BI, and MS Azure, and integrating them with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and address business needs, translating them into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget. Preferred Skills Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central (MB-800 or equivalent).
• Experience with NAV/Business Central Extensions, Web Services, and APIs. Knowledge of industry-specific modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance within Business Central.
