Senior Integration Engineer

Position Summary

An industry-leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on silicon power device process technology development and yield enhancement. The position centers on implementing process flows, conducting electrical characterization, and monitoring wafer-level testing yields.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction (NPI) for power device technologies such as MOSFET, IGBT, and TVS

• Analyze DOE and pre-production data to facilitate the launch of new products

• Troubleshoot device-related issues in collaboration with internal design teams

• Monitor daily wafer-level testing yields for existing technologies

• Conduct root cause analyses of low yields using failure analysis and data review

• Collaborate with process module teams to refine controls, targets, and recipes for yield improvement

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Practical knowledge of semiconductor process technology and wafer fabrication

• Understanding of semiconductor device physics

• Experience with test structure definition, design rule creation, DOE, failure analysis, and device characterization

• Familiarity with high-voltage discrete power devices

• Proficiency in process control documentation
