Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach
• Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Write compelling job adverts and LinkedIn posts to attract candidates
• Conduct interviews, submit CVs, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Hit performance targets and contribute to team competitions and culture
• Learn and grow through structured training, feedback, and support
