Senior Transport Planner

£40,000 – £45,000

I’m currently supporting a growing, employee-owned planning-led consultancy in their search for a Senior Transport Planner to join their Birmingham team.

This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of development-led projects across the UK, gaining exposure to transport planning, traffic engineering and infrastructure design within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within transport planning
• Strong understanding of transport planning principles and development processes
• Experience using industry-standard modelling software
• Knowledge of highway design standards, policy and guidance
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
