As Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s expansion — driving new business, strengthening strategic relationships, and empowering your team to exceed ambitious sales targets.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of proven sales experience within IT Services or an MSP environment
• A strong record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting through to closing complex, high-value deals
• Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships
• Build strategic partnerships with key vendors, distributors, and industry leaders
• Coach and motivate the Account Management team to achieve exceptional results
