Site Manager – NHS & Education Projects | Temp to Perm | £250–£280/day

Start Date: Second week of February
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate: £250–£280 per day (depending on experience)
Locations: Bolton, Cumbria, Liverpool (travel required; projects allocated as close to home as possible)

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well‑established North West contractor delivering high‑quality NHS and education projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on manager seeking long‑term career progression via a temp‑to‑perm route.

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, subcontractor management, health and safety compliance, client liaison, quality control, and ensuring projects run to programme.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• Extensive experience managing NHS schemes (live environments, refurbishments, clinical areas) and/or school projects
• Strong understanding of site logistics, construction sequencing, and stakeholder coordination
• Proven ability to lead subcontract teams and maintain high health and safety standards
• SMSTS, CSCS management card, First Aid
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across regional sites
