EA/Admin Assistant

Location: Remote/UK Based

EA Search is pleased to be partnering with a well-established Marketing Audit business, that works globally with clients in over 100 countries. With over 20 years’ experience, our client is a trusted partner to leading advertisers, providing audit compliance services.

They are now in the search for an EA/Admin Assistant to join the team.

This is a vital role which has become available due to expansion and the growing needs of the company, and will provide support to the founders and wider team.

Overview of Role:

  • Support and design presentations – PowerPoint experience is essential, as well as proven experience supporting with the creation and editing of presentations and documents.
  • Admin Management.
  • Coordination of documents and filing.
  • Client reporting.
  • Management of CRM.
  • Diary management.
  • Travel Management.
  • Event and conference planning and execution.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years in an EA/Admin role.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills.

Salary Range: £28,000-£35,000

This role is a remote role, with occasional visits to the London office.
