They are currently looking for an Accountant who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting, while also supporting process improvements and providing financial support across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries (GL, accruals, intercompany) and perform bank reconciliations
• Manage the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution
• Support Accounts Receivable processes for reconciliations and issue resolution (no direct AR ownership, ensuring segregation of duties)
• Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Act as a finance business partner to support decision-making and explain financial information
• Drive process improvements, automation, and support digital tools and data-driven reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams, Group functions, auditors, and support treasury activities such as cash forecasting and bank management

Core Skills/experience:

• 1–3 years of practical experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Spanish GAAP)
• Full professional level of English and native level of Spanish
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate are a plus
• Process improvement and automation mindset, with a strong interest in improving ways of working
• Attention to detail, and analytical capabilities to examine data and conclusions
• Strong collaborator and team spirit
• Ability to communicate clearly and straightforwardly
