Aztrum is excited to be working with an AJ100 practice based in Birmingham, widely recognised for its work within the Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Sports & Leisure sectors. This dynamic practice is committed to creating inspiring, functional spaces that truly enhance quality of life.

The role of an Architectural Technologist:
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, buildable design solutions across a range of project types
• Conduct site surveys and visits to ensure project compliance and design integrity during construction phases
 • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum

Essential Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards
• Proven technical drawing skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
