Blue Recruitment Personnel is currently seeking experienced Building Inspectors / Building Control Surveyors to join a growing team supporting a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

Carry out Building Control inspections across a range of projects.
Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
Provide clear technical advice to clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain detailed records.
Work collaboratively with project teams to support compliance and delivery standards.
Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service.
Experience within Building Control, Building Inspection or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices.
Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently.
Must be a Registered Building Inspector, Class 2D–2F+, with Class 3G/H or 2F registration also accepted where applicable.
Previous experience within a council or at least 2 years’ field experience is essential.
