Our client, a rapidly expanding international company with a Barcelona presence, is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist (part-time) to become a key player in their People & Organization Department. In this role, you'll independently manage diverse HR responsibilities and projects, directly contributing to a thriving and efficient workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently handle diverse HR projects and tasks, including enhancing our employer image, refining performance evaluation processes, and improving HR operational efficiency
• Propose innovative ideas to continuously enhance our HR practices
• Champion a supportive and engaging work atmosphere where employees can flourish and maximize their potential
• Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to management on all HR-related topics
• Collaborate closely with the office and facilities management

Core Skills/experience:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in the Spanish market 
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Confidence in navigating HR information systems and juggling multiple responsibilities with ease
• A solid understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and contribute fresh ideas
