We are seeking an experienced Public Relations, Media, and Events Manager to elevate brand visibility and strengthen the external presence of a growing technology organization. This role leads the development of strategic communication initiatives, shapes a compelling corporate narrative, and orchestrates high‑impact events that support business growth.

Working closely with executive leaders, marketing partners, and external agencies, you will drive media engagement, guide company spokespeople, and deliver polished events that amplify thought leadership and product innovation. This is an opportunity for a communications leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys owning programs end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated PR and media strategy that strengthens brand reputation and aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage external communications materials—press announcements, media pitches, thought leadership articles—in partnership with internal content teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with reporters, analysts, influencers, and key industry voices to secure meaningful coverage and proactive storytelling opportunities.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events including trade shows, customer engagements, executive appearances, and media‑driven activations.
  • Lead post‑event evaluations, ensuring insights and follow‑ups are captured and translated into future improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies and event vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership for an event and media support role, setting clear expectations and guiding execution.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, and event management, ideally within consumer‑facing or fast‑paced industries.
  • Demonstrated success securing media coverage and supporting product or corporate announcements.
  • Proven ability to lead events from strategic planning through flawless on‑site execution.
  • Strong communication skills with experience preparing executives for interviews, panels, and press interactions.
  • Highly organized, with disciplined project management and cross‑functional coordination capabilities.
  • Comfortable managing agencies, budgets, and multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Background in hardware, technology, manufacturing, or related sectors is a plus.
