What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ proven sales experience in IT Services or an MSP environment
• A strong track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK when required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals
• Drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
• Build strategic partnerships with key vendors, distributors, and industry leaders
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the Account Management team to achieve exceptional results
