This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers to join a dynamic team and contribute to the safe transportation of hazardous materials across the UK.As an HGV Class 1 Driver with ADR certification, you'll be responsible for safely operating and maneuvering large goods vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety when handling dangerous goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Transport hazardous materials in compliance with ADR regulations
• Perform thorough pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Plan optimal routes and adhere to delivery schedules
• Complete accurate documentation for all deliveries and pickups
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues
• Comply with all road traffic laws and company safety policies
• Report any incidents or vehicle defects promptly

Requirements:

• Valid C+E license (HGV Class 1)
• Current ADR certification
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital tachograph card
• Minimum 1 year experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 penalty points
• Excellent knowledge of UK road networks and traffic regulations
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices in transport
• Physical fitness to handle occasional heavy lifting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends
