An excellent opportunity for an experienced and visionary Head of Interior Design has come up to lead a talented team and take projects to the next level.

Key Responsibilities for this Head of Interior Design role: 

• Oversee the creative direction of all interior design projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and brand identity.
• Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Lead high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, adherence to timelines, and budgetary control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional solutions.
• Conceptualize and present innovative design solutions, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this Head of Interior Design role: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Revit SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
