Aztrum are proud to be working with a well-established architectural practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Worcester.

The successful candidate will have strong residential experience and will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a range of residential projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technician looking to join a well-regarded practice with a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and architectural information
• Work across residential projects from planning through to construction
• Develop and amend drawings in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of technical and construction documentation
• Ensure drawings and documentation meet relevant regulations and standards
• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician
• Strong residential experience is essential
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
