Our Client an award winning, multinational video game and entertainment company is now in search for a well established Multi Site Field Engineer (Arcade Machines) in East Anglia

The position is field based and involves installation, repair, service and removal of the Amusements product range. This role is a vital part of the business, and the role is key to ensuring that the machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of Amusements equipment on a nationwide basis.
• Carry out basic network diagnostic work
• To complete preventative maintenance
• Refill and merchandise selected machines
• Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities

Requirements: 

• Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience servicing electronic arcade equipment/products 
• Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of arcade equipment/products and 3rd party arcade products 
• Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner 
• Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling 
• You will enjoy meeting people
• be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented 
• Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover all locations as and where required to provide support to Engineers across all sites. 
• Must be able to work every other weekend. 
• Be prepared to occasionally provide cash collection support to team of Cash Collectors
