The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join the growing UK team of this fast-paced, technology-led organisation.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll support Account Managers, technical teams, and partners—ensuring the end-to-end sales process runs smoothly from quotation through to delivery. If you’re detail-driven, customer-focused, and keen to build a long-term career in tech, this role offers genuine development and exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales function
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and customers
• Maintain precise and up-to-date CRM records
• Support client meetings and presentations
• Prepare sales reports and supporting documentation

About You

You’re dependable, organised, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy being the central point of coordination that keeps everything running efficiently.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Service
   (Telecoms, IT, or UC experience is highly desirable)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
