We're looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Therapeutic Care Workers to join a residential team in Frodsham, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Providing high-quality, therapeutic, child-centred care and support
Supporting children to develop confidence, independence and life skills
Managing challenging situations using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
Celebrating milestones, achievements and everyday successes
Supporting children's emotional, physical and social development
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual care plans
Working collaboratively with families, social workers, education providers, and healthcare professionals
Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and positive outcomes at all times
Essential:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient and resilient approach
The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties
Experience we value (previous experience with children or young people is desirable, including any of the following backgrounds):
