Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and addressing clients’ demands, while selling personalized language stays
• Ensuring regular follow-up with clients on new offers (via telephone, via email)
• Be the trusted advisor for clients to turn to for assistance with visa requirements, travel arrangements, and navigating the maze of regulations and insurance needs
• Assisting customers before, during, and after their stay
• Providing personalized advice to each customer, including detailed information regarding every step of the language course
• Processing bookings, managing customer’s files, managing invoicing
• Cultivate lasting relationships with our customers,

Core Skills/experience:

• Min. of 1-year experience in the Customer Service sector or similar
• Prior sales experience, ideally in a travel agency 
• Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of organizational skills and responsibility 
• Positive can-do attitude with a passion for languages and travel
