The Opportunity
This role is key to driving new business growth. As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll identify and engage prospective clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their needs.
This is a consultative sales role with a strong focus on relationship-building—ideal for someone looking to establish or advance their career in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities via calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Lead consultative conversations to understand client challenges and requirements
- Work closely with technical teams to design bespoke solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
About You
- Background in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing business
