The Opportunity

This role is key to driving new business growth. As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll identify and engage prospective clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their needs.

This is a consultative sales role with a strong focus on relationship-building—ideal for someone looking to establish or advance their career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities via calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Lead consultative conversations to understand client challenges and requirements
  • Work closely with technical teams to design bespoke solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

About You

  • Background in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing business
