Business Development Manager – Business Services  

Remote Role 

Base c£35k + commission (first year OTE c £70k & second year c £130k) 

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business sales and create positive and lasting relationships with UK based SMEs. You will be supported by unrivalled training and given all the tools to be a success in your new role.

The role 

You will play a leading role in introducing customers to the business, a business which has not been founded by advisors, consultants, coaches, trainers, or motivational speakers.  The founders of this business are all entrepreneurs who invested and risked everything to start, build and sell their own businesses.  The solutions are business growth through scale, growth and exit or business succession.  This is not streamlining or cost saving for the client. 

You will 

  • Have proven success in creating and growing new business accounts 

  • Be enthusiastic and motivated 

  • Have strong commercial acumen and strong selling skills in a B2B market 

  • Have a good understanding of selling solutions and be able to communicate with stakeholders in particular the business owners 

  • Have strong demonstration and presentation skills 

  • Be a good listener, enabling you to analyse and understand the specific needs of potential customers 

  • A good knowledge of the UK business landscape 

  • Have strong lead generation and prospecting experience 

  • Have familiarity using a CRM
