We’re working with a fast-growing, UK-based technology solutions provider that specialises in delivering modern, business-focused IT services. Their offering spans managed IT support, cyber security, cloud platforms, backup and continuity, infrastructure, networking, and strategic consultancy.

Known for combining technical expertise with a customer-first approach, the business partners with organisations across multiple sectors to drive digital transformation, improve resilience, and optimise IT performance.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client base and support ongoing expansion.

The Role – Account Manager (Managed IT Services)

This position is ideal for a commercially driven Account Manager who enjoys developing client relationships and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring services align with their evolving needs. Working closely with technical specialists, you’ll help deliver tailored solutions across managed services, cloud, cyber security, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships across an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services and solutions
  • Conduct regular service and account reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering a proactive and seamless client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective, value-led solutions
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Account Management role within IT services, MSP, or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of managed IT, cloud platforms, and cyber security services
  • Commercially aware with a track record of growing accounts and generating revenue
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured and strategic way
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
