Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our SaaS platform. You'll onboard new customers, provide ongoing support, build strong relationships, and drive retention and satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

• A confident, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills

• Experience in customer success, account management, or client support (ideally in SaaS)

• Quick learner who can master the product and guide clients through it

• Problem solver who can troubleshoot issues and provide solutions

• Relationship builder who maintains regular contact with clients

• Team player who collaborates with sales, product, and support teams

• Comfortable with CRM systems and customer success tools

Your responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation

• Provide product training and ongoing support

• Monitor customer health scores and proactively address concerns

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

• Gather customer feedback and work with product team on improvements

• Achieve retention and satisfaction targets
