We are looking for Italian-speaking Technical Support Agents for one of the market leaders in online streaming! As a Technical Support Agent, you will be helping Customers through various situations that they might encounter through their usage of the platform. These customers are both B2C and B2B and therefore it is important that you can maintain a professional tone while you are guiding in your native language.
Daily tasks will be done via phone, email and chat and hereby fluent both written and verbally are required.
You will be offered a relocation package to help you get settled, this includes a paid flight from your destination, 2 weeks in a hotel and professional help to find your own apartment. The company also offers help with the registration of important documents needed in Greece!
