The Opportunity

Your opportunity is to join the team in a Campaign Manager/Strategist position and play a key role in developing creative campaigns that engage and convert audiences. This role will suit someone that can define audiences and define strategies to meet objectives. 

As a Campaign Manager/Strategist, you’ll look at audiences, helping to build out personas and audience profiles using data sources and desk research. You’ll also support in developing messaging sequences and design the communications sequences for demand campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Strategists, you’ll supply campaign strategies for emails, digital advertising and web experiences that ensure optimal performance and the best customer experience.

  • Deep knowledge of Google, LinkedIn and Facebook paid strategies
  • Strong media knowledge for B2B activation (brand and lead generation)


How you will deliver

  • Build out audience personas 
  • Build out data-inspired digital journeys 
  • Develop audience messaging 
  • Undertake content analysis and audits 
  • Develop and present content strategies
  • Develop and present campaign plans 
  • Develop contact strategies
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative research 
  • Support with translating brand strategy into digital marketing plans and campaigns
  • Support in the development of account-based marketing strategies, including support in workshops
  • Use Google Analytics or other data platforms to uncover opportunities and provide insights to the Senior Strategist
  • Providing digital research, analysis and insights relating to client briefs
  • Define audience targeting for campaigns for digital advertising and digital campaigns
  • Manage key media relationships to ensure best practice is applied to digital marketing strategies
