Legal Marketing Search are pleased to be representing a leading international law firm, who are looking for a CRM Executive to support the ongoing transformation and enhancement of their CRM system, InterAction. 

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, engaging with stakeholders across the business, including lawyers, business development professionals, and other support functions. This role is key to ensuring the firm’s CRM data meets the highest standards and supports their broader business development and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & Quality: Monitor and manage CRM data in alignment with the firm’s data governance framework, resolving duplicates and maintaining accuracy.
• System Management: Handle data change management tickets, perform bulk data imports, and manage data during onboarding and offboarding of partners and associates.
• User Support: Assist end users with CRM queries and provide training as needed.
• Event Support: Prepare and manage data for events to ensure lawyers are equipped with insights about client and contact attendance.
• Privacy Compliance: Support GDPR and data privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance across CRM activities.
• Process Improvement: Work on ongoing projects to enhance CRM functionality and data quality, collaborating with the CRM Manager on ad hoc tasks.
• Administration: Configure Fellsoft’s AlertsPlus emails and oversee InterAction IQ administration tasks.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with InterAction in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and the importance of accurate, complete data.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, particularly in IA and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• A meticulous approach to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
