The Role

You’ll take the lead on infrastructure and drainage designs across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, guiding projects from early planning stages right through to construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading drainage and infrastructure design, with a strong focus on surface water and foul drainage strategies
• Delivering detailed designs from concept and planning through to construction
• Supporting highways design and coordinating with relevant authorities (highways experience beneficial, but drainage expertise is key)
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers as the team continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ UK civil engineering experience
• Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design
• Highways design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D advantageous)
• Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively within a team
