Aztrum Recruitment is proud to be partnering exclusively with a market-leading workplace transformation provider. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join their growing UK team.

Our client delivers Microsoft Teams–integrated communication solutions that help global enterprises enhance collaboration, boost productivity, and embrace hybrid working. Their innovative portfolio spans UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity technologies.

The Role: Internal Account Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and strengthening client relationships across a dynamic customer base. You will:

  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts while driving new business opportunities
  • Sell unified communications and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Attend regular meetings in London for client reviews and relationship development

About You

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have experience selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions
  • Have a strong track record of hitting targets and growing enterprise accounts
  • Excel at building trust and delivering value in a client-facing environment
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and open to occasional travel to London

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
