Take ownership of a critical project from day one

You'll lead the delivery of a high-impact initiative that directly shapes our product roadmap. This isn't a support role. You'll be the person our stakeholders turn to when things get complex, and you'll have the autonomy to make real decisions.

The role

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of a key product feature, from initial scoping through to launch.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to align on priorities and remove blockers.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable plans for technical teams.
• Own the project timeline, proactively managing risks and communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Post-launch, analyse performance data and gather feedback to inform the next iteration.

About you

• You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a technology or product-led environment.
• You're naturally organised, but more importantly, you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether you're briefing an engineer or presenting to a director.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
• A background in software development or product management is a strong plus.

The package

We offer a salary of 0 - GBP per Per Year, depending on your experience. You'll work from our office three days a week, with flexibility for the rest.
