They are now seeking a dynamic, commercially minded sales leader to elevate performance, deepen client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to even greater success.

You will drive new business, cultivate strategic partnerships, and inspire your team to exceed ambitious revenue objectives. What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ proven sales experience within IT Services or an MSP
• A strong record of surpassing revenue and growth targets
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value, complex deals
• Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing client relationships
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and industry peers
• Coach, develop, and motivate the Account Management team to achieve outstanding results
