Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Architectural practice in Canterbury that is looking to expand its technical team. With a strong portfolio of Residential and Commercial developments, the practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects from planning through to construction.

They are now looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist who is keen to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Prepare planning drawings and technical documentation
• Develop technical specifications and detailed construction information for tender and construction packages
• Support senior team members with the delivery of technical design packages
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and the wider design team
• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction information
• Maintain and develop technical details, drawing standards and document templates
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Contribute to the successful delivery of Residential and Commercial developments

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural practice
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience delivering Residential and Commercial projects in the UK
• Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage workload effectively while working collaboratively within a team
