Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support their growing Data Centre team.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Support the technical delivery of Data Centre-focused projects
• Assist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery
• Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
• Work closely with the practice’s Technical Director to maintain quality and compliance

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficient in Revit
• Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects, ideally including Data Centres
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing
• Experience preparing planning applications and technical documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
