Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + OTE (commission up to 30%)

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for your clients—managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring every solution delivered meets their exact needs. Alongside nurturing existing accounts, you’ll also play a key role in business development, identifying opportunities to attract new clients and help expand market presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Driving new business through networking and outreach.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry—ideally within an MSP or VAR environment.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions including software, hardware, and managed services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the motivation to exceed expectations.
