Account Manager 

Location: London (Hybrid – remote with regular client visits in the city)

Salary: £40,000 basic + OTE 

Aztrum Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading provider of workplace transformation solutions, who are looking for an experienced account manager to join their growing UK team.

Our client is a specialist vendor delivering innovative Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions, enabling enterprises to simplify communication, boost productivity, and connect hybrid workforces across the globe. Their portfolio includes cutting-edge UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions.

The Role:- Account Manager 

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
  • Selling unified communications and connectivity solutions into medium-to-large enterprise customers.
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and partners in London and beyond.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings in the city for client visits and 1:1s.

About You:- Account Manager

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience selling UCaaS / connectivity / contact centre solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar).
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing enterprise accounts.
  • The ability to work autonomously while building long-term, consultative client relationships.
  • Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to travel into the city as required.

The Package:- Account Manager

  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • Realistic OTE £70,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
  • Hybrid working – remote with regular client-facing meetings in London
