About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge of a well-regarded hotel in Glasgow. This role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth running, exceptional guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of reception, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
• Proactively address and resolve guest feedback to enhance their stay experience.
• Manage financial performance, including monitoring costs and meeting revenue goals.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all legal and health and safety requirements are met.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hotel leadership role, such as Hotel Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong people management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards consistently.
