The Role – SDR

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the wider sales team in driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a successful career within the technology sector.

Responsibilities – SDR

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, arranging meetings for senior sales and business development professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximise lead generation activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system
  • Keep informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and developments within the IT and cybersecurity sectors

What We're Looking For – SDR

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Interest in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM platforms would be beneficial

What's On Offer – SDR

  • £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
