The Role

This position focuses on winning new business and is ideal for an ambitious sales professional eager to build and develop a strong client portfolio from scratch.

You will take ownership of identifying and connecting with new prospects, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and introducing tailored technology solutions that support business objectives. This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding client challenges and providing long-term strategic value rather than quick transactional sales.

Working closely with internal technical consultants and service teams, you will help create bespoke solutions for customers while playing a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the South Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline
  • Identify and engage with senior decision-makers across a variety of sectors
  • Hold consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists to design tailored IT solutions
  • Keep CRM records accurate, including sales activity and pipeline forecasting
  • Consistently work towards revenue targets and business growth objectives

About You

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or lead generation
  • Confident with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Background in IT, technology, telecoms, managed services, or professional services is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Motivated to progress within a growing and ambitious business
