We are supporting an ambitious finance transformation project, focused on modernizing accounting processes and strengthening financial reporting. This initiative involves introducing new ways of working across accounting teams, optimizing processes, and preparing for a broader regional finance structure. As part of this project, a Shared Service Center (SSC) is being developed to centralize accounting activities, offering a unique opportunity to shape how finance operations evolve in the region.

This is a long-term, stable role in a challenging and evolving environment. The Head of Accounting will report to a Regional Finance Director and will be responsible for managing the local accounting function, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives. You will oversee a small team while collaborating with broader finance functions to guarantee accurate, compliant, and timely reporting.

You will play a critical role in driving process efficiency, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring that the accounting function is prepared for future organizational changes.
