The Role: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to fuel new business growth and cultivate long-term client partnerships.

This is a consultative sales position where you will engage with senior decision-makers, identify operational challenges, and design tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and contribute to wider business development strategies
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM system
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement through to deal closure

About You: Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
