Our client is a global leader in home and building automation. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Iberia finance operations, covering Spain and Portugal. This role offers the opportunity to stabilize and transform the finance function following a regional reorganization. You will manage a talented team of 7 professionals and ensure compliance with local and IFRS standards, delivering accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and strategic financial insights.

This is a 12-month contract (with potential for future opportunities in the Group), focused on process optimization and transformation management across several projects planned for 2026 within the Finance department.
