Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Part II Architectural Assistant to support a growing and diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:

• Support the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Assist in the preparation of planning application submissions and supporting documentation
• Produce high-quality drawings, layouts, and visual material to clearly communicate design intent
• Collaborate with architects, technicians, and external consultants to support project delivery
• Contribute to design development, detailing, and technical coordination
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure design quality and compliance standards are maintained

Key Requirements for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficiency in Revit essential
• Experience across Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors desired
• Strong understanding of design development, construction principles, and UK Building Regulations
• Experience supporting planning applications and technical drawing packages
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving approach
